Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are and how to contact us

STRUNG is operated by Nikki Roenn, a sole trader trading as STRUNG App, at 18 Medfield Street, SW15 4JZ, United Kingdom ("we", "us" or "our"). Contact us about your account, these terms, billing, complaints or cancellation at info@strungapp.com, or write to that address.

2. The service and your account

STRUNG provides racket and stringing records, customer and business-management tools, and Player-to-Stringer connectivity. Features depend on your role and plan. Player accounts are free. Stringing services arranged with a Stringer are supplied by that business, not by STRUNG; their prices and service terms are separate from your STRUNG subscription.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. If you use STRUNG for a business, you must have authority to act for it. Do not misuse the service, access another person's records without permission or upload unlawful material.

3. Plans and limits

STRUNG Free includes unlimited restring jobs, up to 20 customer records, 20 saved racket records and one venue, with a limited feature set. Pro includes unlimited jobs, customer and saved racket records, two venues and Pro business features, without Shop team capabilities. Shop includes unlimited jobs, customer and saved racket records, three venues and Shop/team features. Separate add-ons and enterprise arrangements are included only where expressly stated.

Check the plan comparison and the checkout summary before purchasing. Downgrading may restrict features and the creation of records above your plan's limits; cancellation alone is not a request to delete your existing records. Data retention and account-deletion rules are explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Prices, billing and renewal

The standard EUR web prices are Pro €12.99 per month or €129.99 per year, and Shop €28.99 per month or €289.99 per year. Annual subscriptions are charged as one annual payment, not monthly instalments. The checkout shows the currency, total payable, billing period and any applicable tax before you confirm. Your bank may charge separate currency-conversion or payment fees.

Nikki Roenn is not currently registered for UK VAT. This does not determine taxes applicable to customers in other countries. Any applicable taxes must be reflected in the total shown before purchase; we do not promise that overseas digital-service purchases are tax-exempt.

Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Web payments are processed through Stripe, with RevenueCat providing subscription and entitlement infrastructure. Apple and Google process purchases made through their respective stores. STRUNG does not store your full payment-card details.

Use the same STRUNG account to access your purchased plan across supported platforms. A purchase is not transferable to a different STRUNG account. Avoid starting another subscription while you have an active subscription through a different billing provider; cancelling one provider does not cancel another.

We will notify you in advance of changes to recurring prices and obtain consent where required. You can cancel before a new price takes effect. A failed or reversed payment may affect paid access, without removing your statutory rights.

5. Trials and promotional offers

A trial is available only where checkout confirms that you are eligible. It will show the trial duration, first payment date and subsequent price. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. Creating a Free account does not itself start a paid subscription.

Founder discounts and Founder offer redemption are available through supported mobile-app purchase flows only, subject to eligibility and the offer shown there. They are not included in web checkout. Do not assume that a store trial or promotion applies to a separate web purchase.

6. Cancelling renewal

Cancel a web subscription through its billing-management link or contact info@strungapp.com for assistance. Manage Apple or Google subscriptions in the relevant store subscription settings. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge; store-specific cancellation deadlines are shown by the store.

Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals, with paid access continuing until the end of the paid period. It does not normally refund the unused part of that period. Trial access follows the cancellation conditions displayed by the billing provider. Uninstalling the app, signing out or simply not using it does not cancel billing. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: cancel any active subscription as well.

7. Consumer withdrawal and refunds

If you purchase as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of entering it, without giving a reason. This legal right is separate from a promotional trial. Mandatory rights in your country continue to apply, including rights where a service is faulty or not as described.

For a web purchase, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw by emailing info@strungapp.com or writing to our address before the applicable deadline. You can use the form below, but do not have to. Where you expressly requested service to start during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge for service already supplied may apply only as permitted by law. Simply using STRUNG does not automatically waive your statutory rights.

Where a refund is due following withdrawal, we will refund without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after being informed, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. For store purchases, use the relevant Apple or Google refund process; you can also contact us for help. Nothing here excludes a refund or other remedy required by law.

8. Your records and privacy

You retain rights in the content you enter. You give us permission to process that content as necessary to provide, secure and support STRUNG. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter customer or Player information, keeping it accurate and respecting access permissions. Keep appropriate copies of important business records.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Linking a Player to a Stringer does not authorise unrestricted access to other businesses' private data. Do not use STRUNG to obtain or disclose records you are not entitled to access.

9. Availability, advice and responsibility

We aim to provide STRUNG with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, network outages and device or platform limitations may interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to address service problems. String recommendations, analytics and automated outputs support your judgement; check them before relying on them for equipment, business or financial decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights. We are responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us responsible. A service interruption does not by itself remove your right to a remedy where the law provides one.

10. Intellectual property, suspension and changes

STRUNG's software, branding and service materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them as part of your authorised use of the service, but must not reproduce or exploit them outside that use without permission, except where the law allows.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, non-payment or legal obligations. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. Any applicable refund and data-access rights remain protected.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or billing arrangements. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required; changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

11. Complaints and applicable law

Please contact info@strungapp.com so we can investigate complaints. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable.
