This privacy policy applies to the STRUNG mobile application and related services ("the Service") operated by STRUNG ("we", "us", "our").

User-provided information: Account details (name, email address), operational data (job records, customer profiles, racket details), and support communications.

Automatically collected information: Device specifications, usage patterns, and app performance data.

Subscription and payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. How Information Is Used

We use your information to operate and maintain the Service, process subscriptions and payments, provide customer support, enhance and improve the app, ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

We process your data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests in improving our services, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Service, payment processors (Stripe), when required by law or legal process, and in connection with a business transfer or merger.

STRUNG is not designed to track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, records are kept for 12 months for legal, tax, and compliance purposes unless you request earlier deletion.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and regular security reviews to protect your information.

9. Your Rights and Choices
